•  If canceled by Feb. 26, 2020: tuition minus $100 fee refunded.
•  If canceled Feb. 27 – Mar. 26, 2020: 75% of tuition refunded.
•  If canceled Mar. 27 – Apr. 26, 2020: 50% of tuition refunded.
•  No refunds or ticket transfers after Apr. 26, 2020.

Tuition does not include the cost of accommodations at Asilomar.

***Please note that accommodations at Asilomar must be booked within two weeks of ticket purchase through our event link to take advantage of the on-site promotional price. If your Asilomar accommodations are not booked within two weeks, you will be required to pay an additional $200 off-site tuition surcharge.
